Utilizing state of the art 3D scanning technology, we capture the finest details of the vehicle with high accuracy. We then process that scan data and reverse engineer the vehicle.

SURFACE MODELING
Meticulous product development follows, with fitment validations and numerous iterative design sweeps taking place.
STEP 3
DESIGN OPTIMIZATION
Once the design cycle is complete, the model is then optimized for a life on the vehicle. Secure mounting methods are established with ease of installation a primary focus, and comprehensive simulations are undertaken to validate performance metrics.
STEP 4
3D PRINTING & PROTOTYPING
Our in-house, large scale 3D printers are capable of rapidly producing prototypes for quick revision turnaround. These printed parts are installed as per the final production unit and extensively tested on the vehicle before being green lit for final production.
STEP 5
MASS PRODUCTION
Pending successful implementations of initial production samples, the product is given the go-ahead and ready for sale!
