Shipping policy
Shipping Policy - Upon checkout, our webstore will automatically give you the available shipping options and their respective prices. You are entitled to your selected shipping method, otherwise we will refund you the difference and the cost of shipping (domestic only). If there is a situation where the wrong shipping method was used, please let us know and we will fix the situation. Please remember - shipping time is NOT turnaround time.
Epsilon has a certain amount of items that are made in-house, and items that are kept in stock.
The following are estimated processing times for the following MADE TO ORDER items:
- Front Lips: 1 week
- Wing Extensions: 1-2 weeks
- GT Wings, Splitters, and Brake Ducts: 2-3 weeks (GT Wings may take 7-9 weeks if parts are not in stock)
- Diffusers: 4-5 weeks
- FRP Bumpers: 5-6 weeks
Items typically kept in stock, such as lip kits, non-GT wings, and canards, usually ship within 3-5 days, but can take longer depending on our workload. While we try to get these out according to these times, please be aware that extended processing times may occur without warning due to the nature of us being a small business.
