Shipping policy

Shipping Policy - Upon checkout, our webstore will automatically give you the available shipping options and their respective prices. You are entitled to your selected shipping method, otherwise we will refund you the difference and the cost of shipping (domestic only). If there is a situation where the wrong shipping method was used, please let us know and we will fix the situation. Please remember - shipping time is NOT turnaround time. 

Epsilon has a certain amount of items that are made in-house, and items that are kept in stock. 

The following are estimated processing times for the following MADE TO ORDER items:

GT Wings: 2-3 weeks if parts in stock, otherwise 7-9 weeks
Wing Extensions: 1-2 weeks
Splitters: 2-3 weeks
Diffusers: 4-5 weeks
Brake Ducts: 2-3 weeks

Lip kits, non-GT wings, canards, and other parts are typically kept in stock unless otherwise stated. Those typically ship within 3-5 days.
