The Universal TC Wing is the same innovative TC wing we offer for vehicle specific applications but without the bases and uprights. It includes everything else you need to put on any car you want - just measure and drill to the width you need!
Built for club racers and time-attack cars that live under 300 WHP and under 140 mph — the range where this airfoil is genuinely the most efficient option, not just an off-the-shelf compromise.

- CFD-optimized low-drag airfoil — 9.0–9.2 L/D ratio across 0°–5° angle of attack, holding steady from 80–160 mph. Stays usable out to 15° AoA (6.0 L/D) for setups that want more downforce at the cost of drag.
- WTCC & GLTC ruleset-oriented sizing — dimensioned to work within spec-class aero constraints. 10.5" chord length.
- Extruded nylon composite, UV-stabilized — smooth black finish that won't chalk, fade, or corrode.
- Light — 2.5 kg per meter of span. 6.5 lb (46.5") or 9.3 lb (66.5").
- Fabrication-friendly — no welding needed to work with it. Drills and rivets cleanly for custom bracket and endplate work. Can easily be re-drilled for multiple applications.
- Engineered, not eyeballed — FEA-verified deflection and stress, CFD-verified aero.
Backed by Real Engineering
- Deflection: 15 mm calculated trailing-edge deflection at 130 mph / 10° AoA on the reference 1700 mm span, mounted at the very edge — the structural worst case. Any mount that is not on the edge will perform better than this number.
- Structural margin: Minimum factor of safety of 5.88 at 10° AoA / 140 mph, even on the weight-reduced structure.
- Fatigue life: Estimated mid-to-high 10⁵ full load cycles before fatigue onset.
- Material: Reinforced nylon composite, elastic modulus 8.0–10.5 GPa, tensile strength 180–210 MPa.
- CFD-verified flow: Streamline and vorticity analysis shows clean, attached flow and a thin, stable wake across the design AoA range.

Build Notes
This is a raw wing DIY kit — uprights and bases are not included. Our FEA modeling assumes the wing is fixed rigidly at the endplates; to hit the deflection numbers above, your custom mount should provide comparably rigid end support. Mounts further inward will provide better deflection numbers than worst-case scenario testing.
Designed and tested for cars producing under 300 WHP and running under 140 mph. This has not been tested above these performance limits - use at your own risk. This is a track/racing component, the user assumes all liability and conformance with rules prior to use.
